Process Safety Management
PSM Program Development
EEC staff can assist clients in the development of a "performance based" PSM program that will meet OSHA and EPA regulatory guidelines.
Compliance Audits
EEC can provide a team of experienced staff to conduct an internal gap assessments or 3-year regulatory audits of clients PSM programs and make improvement suggestions.
Process Hazard Analysis
EEC can provide qualified and trained team leaders and scribes to assist in the execution of 5-year mandatory PHAs. Project PHA can also be done on an as-needed basis.
Process Safety Information
EEC staff can update P&IDs for industrial clients in the refining, chemical, and natural gas business. Activities would include field walk-down, red-lining, drafting updates. ECC staff can also assist in documenting and updating equipment mechanical design information.
