EEC has a team of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Leaders who have led numerous PHA teams for refinery and chemical plant process units. EEC PHA Leaders typically have engineering and/or operating experience in their resume.
The PHA teams led by EEC have been initiated to address either the 5-year regulatory PHAs or those PHAs required for Management of Change (MOC) project modifications.
