Project Description

A local developer wanted to transform a 9.2 acre area into thirty residential building lots. EEC was retained to guide the developer through the process and provide the complete engineering design package. The design package included boundary survey, lot design, street design, city water line design, sanitary sewer design, storm water management design, topographical survey, construction layout surveying, permitting assistance and development of construction specifications.
