A client changed his design criteria determining the amount of free board used to calculate dike containment volumes around above ground storage tanks. The changes would require a design which added more dike containment volume.

EEC was retained to recalculate dike containment volume and design dike improvements to meet the more stringent standards.

EEC in this case worked with the clients existing survey data to design the dike improvements. However when existing survey data is incomplete or missing EEC has the ability to gather this information from the field, as needed, to complete the design process.

After gathering all the necessary information, EEC performed the detailed engineering and design for the project.
